We didn't build TeamYantra in a lab. We built it in the trenches.
UpscaleEra is a marketing agency. For six years we've run campaigns for brand after brand — and run our own team on a messy stack of tools that never talked to each other. Cheap tools were clunky. Global tools were built for someone else and billed in dollars.

Khushal Vasait founded UpscaleEra in Nashik and grew it into a full-service growth agency — performance marketing, creative, web, tracking and CRM — serving lead-generation businesses, D2C brands and founders across India.
Running a growing team across many client accounts meant living inside the problems TeamYantra solves: work scattered across apps, attendance and payroll on spreadsheets, leads slipping through the cracks. Khushal's rule at UpscaleEra has always been to find the real constraint, fix it, then scale what works. TeamYantra is that rule turned into software — the fix his own team needed, now available to every Indian business.
