Terms of service

By requesting, accessing or using TeamYantra you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. TeamYantra is provided by UpscaleEra, Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

Your company's admin is responsible for who gets access, what role each person has, and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Plans, prices, user limits and included modules are shown on our pricing page and in your account. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated. Access continues for the period you've paid for; if a subscription ends, access may be paused until it's renewed.

Your company owns the data it puts into TeamYantra. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data while your account is active.

Don't use TeamYantra for anything unlawful, to send spam, to upload malicious code, or to try to access data that isn't yours.

We work hard to keep TeamYantra available and secure, and we keep improving it. Features may change over time; we'll avoid removing core functionality you rely on without reasonable notice.

TeamYantra is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your company paid us in the three months before the claim.

You can stop using TeamYantra at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or remain unpaid.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Nashik, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
